The Lake Ridge VA Spring Real Estate Market May Be Brisk This Year

As I was driving down the road yesterday heading to another home inspection.

I realized as I entered Westridge Subdivision that we The Twins Selling Real Estate have four homes under contract or sold already this year just in Lake Ridge Virginia.

January has been extremely busy compared to last year. Patty and myself have five homes under contract already in January and we have several signed listing agreements and commitments from sellers who are trying to get the jump on the spring real estate market.

But as I was driving, I counted the homes that EXIT Realty Associates have Under Contract or Sold in the past thirty days. Mind you I was near Westridge. 

These are the homes that are Under Contract or Just Sold in the Lake Ridge, Westridge, Ridgeleigh sections of Lake Ridge Virginia already in 2015 by EXIT REALTY Associates!

The home we have Under Contract on 12144 Darnely Rd is a Fairfield Hampton model with a screened in porch on the rear of the home  with an unfinished walkout basement.  The home at 4514 Marquis Place was a Long Homes, York model with an unfinished non-walkout basement. That home just settled for $509,000.

How much do Ridgeleigh town houses sell for in Lake Ridge Virginia


The two water view homes under contract in Lake Ridge water  pending settlement we both have under contract. 11607  Nellings Place appraised for $347,000 and the other at 3854 Koval Lane the  Beazer built triple bump out townhouse  under contract at list price of  $359,900.


The local Lake Ridge Virginia real estate market has been brisk this winter and we do not see a slow down at this time. Home inspectors, Loan Officers and Title Companies are saying it is quite busy for this time of year. Patty Blackwelder my twin sister who is the buyers agent is running into multiple buyers house hunting for the same home and she is running into other agents showing homes her customers are interested in. So, if you are thinking of selling your home in 2015. Now is the time to call and let's figure out what your options are.

Good Morning Alicia- So far it is off to an amazing start. I was looking at our phone call logs and email for 2013 and 2014 and this year is triple what we normally have experienced. We are seeing many move-up and down size sellers this year.
