Just recently I read a blog post here on Active Rain that showcased an RV Garage community. The term RV Garage is new to me. So I took to the Internet to see what else I could learn. This video totally surprised the heck out of me.
Look at this stunning gated community in California where the builder designed RV Garages that are attached to the home and beautifully situated in an upscale neighborhood. Gives me a whole new visual for what an RV Garage could and should look like. This is also proof that video in a blog can be so powerful to help someone visualize a community prior to every booking the househunting trip. This is a very effective short tour.

Frank, I with you on that thought. I'm sure potential buyers are thinking the same thing. Now just imagine what you can show people about the listing you have right now. How does the street scape look? Etc...
Valarie- I agree. Here in Northern Virginia, the only option is to buy in a non-homeowners association and park the RV next to the house, or on an it is nice to know such a concept exists. I really like how the builder incorporated these garages in the gated community landscape and subdivision. Very well done.
