You know you're ready to move. You are busting at the seams in your current home.  You have been pre-approved to buy a home and the great news is you do not have to sell your home first. Congratulations you are what we call the Move-up Buyer. You are excited about the possibilities. The only challenge is you know you do not want to move out of the school district.

So the questions is how do you do that?

Next I would like to know what is the most important thing to you moving forward on the new purchase?

The reason I ask those questions is simple. I have learned in my twenty plus years of helping home buyers that sometimes discount homes by the way the look on the outside. I always recommend if you are trying to stay in a particular community that you look at every home as a possibility. For example most people drive by this home and think it is a one level home.

The reality is this home  has over forty eight hundred finished square feet and has three levels. However, most people would see this home online and think it was much to small for them. When in fact this home has five bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths! It also boasts two master bedrooms with full baths. One on the main level and one on the upper level. Plus the upper level features three additional bedrooms and a custom office/homework hobby area. What it does not have is high ceilings, and gigantic open spaces.
