When searching ONLINE for information about buying a home or selling a home, watching a video message is so much easier than reading page after page of information that does not apply to what you want. So today, I am posting some of Erick Blackwelder's home buyer video tips. Eirck and I work together on a family real estate team. He primarily works buyers and I am the Erick and Company Team Listing speicalist.

We work hard for you, we have been in the real estate industry for decades and we know how to negotiate and help you get the home you want to buy.

This is how our Channel Looks when you click on it. ( Video #4 is one of my personal favorites!) Video tips for home buyers by Erick Blackwelder

Great videos, sometimes watching a video is a easier way to digest information.  I like that the videos are broken down into topics.  Seems like you would be easy to work with.

I'm still working on incorporating video into my marketing plan, thanks for posting how you do it.

Good Morning Laura- many consumers have found us online via video. By breaking the video's down into topic's you can then use them in email when a question arises from a home buyer or seller.
