Hi Shannon, So far so good. I have found it helps buyers and sellers to hear first hand what's happening in the local real estate market and to share with them that the market is changing. Right now it's balanced and that is a great time to buy or sell. We are fortunate today, that we have the ability to use video so that homeowners and homebuyers can catch up with the stats in thier living rooms or offices.
