When our Exit Choice Realty broker Terrylynn Harrell mentioned in a sales meeting she wanted our office to give back to the community and she was looking for ideas. I raised my hand and asked if they all knew what a Cash Mob was. Terrylynn as well as most of the agents in the office were unfamiliar with the concept. I explained the concept to them this way.
A CASH MOB is a way to introduce area residents to places they may not know about or frequent enough. The type of business that would benefit from a cash mob is a business that is off the beaten path, a start up or a fixture in the community that compete with the big box chains. I think you will all agree with me, that small business owners are passionate about what they do and the service they offer in the community.
Doesn't that sound familiar? Sounds like what most of REALTORS say....
So, she said Peggy can you get this started. So along with Alicia Utz another agent in our office we decided together we could take on this challenge and make it happen. We watched a few video's on YouTube and read How to Plane a Cash Mob .

Wouldn't you agree that REALTORS who Blog, who use social media on a daily basis and who consider themselves good markerters have the power to do something really, really good for the community.
With that said,within minutes Woodbridge Cash Mob was born.

Hi Kenneth, I would think there would be several small buinesses in Staten Island New York who would be trilled that you choose to help them.
Rita- Oakton and Vienna Virginia area have so many small businesses. Just imagine the impact your marketing and social media efforts could have on them!
