Today, I wanted to share a story with any of you who may be facing the deilima of a rent hike. Currently in the Woodbridge, Lake Ridge, Dumfries and Quantico Virginia area there are less than twenty single family homes with two car garages for rent. Most have been on the market less than ten days! The rental market is fierce in this area.
That said, listen to what happened to a local family who had been renting the same home for three years. When the lease came up for renewal the landlord stated he wanted to raise the rent they decided too...
