Shopping for a home ONLINE is very much like searching for a date ONLINE. It's true. Why? Because you have something in mind, a preference. You say you don't, but in your heart of hearts you do. ( Are you a shallow home buyer?)
Think about it. You'er sitting down at the computer screen. No matter whether you are relocating to a new area, or just moving across town. You put in your search criteria such as Price, Brick Front, Side Load Garage, Four Bedrooms, Walkout Basement,Two Car Garage and Fenced Yard. Let's take it one step further, you really want a master bedroom on the main floor. If you could have that, you would have everything you want, need and desire.
If you keyed that information into the Online Search sites, you would miss a home like the one below every time!
