I love when a good plan comes together. It was back in February when the owners of 14069 Chattanooga Lane called me to talk about listing and hopefully selling their home. The home was only a few years old and in spectacular condition, however the challenge was the builder was getting ready to finalize the section. They were offering amazing incentives for home buyers who could wait for a home to be built.
So that is why I created a marketing campaign that would appeal to relocating home buyers. The sellers of this home could move at anytime. They were what we like to call "Flexible Sellers" .
As luck would have it, a relocating buyer coming from the Virginia Beach area made an offer and the owners accepted. They needed a delayed settlement and the owners were fine with that. Everything went like clockwork and today the home went to settlement for $470,000. Goal Met!
