Gina- I know...this is one of those yards that everyone wants. Great for the dogs, and swingset, trampoline and back yard BBQ's. This one will be priced under $325,000!
Donna, I always enhance my listing photos in blogs, on flyers and in Craigslists adds. I've done it with Picasa, but I just do it on Paint in my computer.
The photo to the right just tells the buyer, this home is close to I-95 and both Military Bases here in Woodbridge Virginia.
The photo above simply asks the viewer "is this what you're looking for?
