This is a report that I send out to my customers and clients monthly to help them get a visual of how the local Lake Ridge Virginia real estate market is doing. In the snapshot above I want you to notice that high end homes in the $400,000 to $500,000 are in demand and we have also seen many $700,000 to $800,000 sell quickly as well. Most have sold in less than 40 days!

Thanks Linda-I use the snipping tool on my computer to showcase different things consumers can find on our website. This particular tool is very useful for both buyers and sellers trying to learn what current local market are doing.
