Thank you for writing about the home I have listed in Westridge. I know that you know your Westridge homes, as you live in the neighborhood. I hope that you are able to find a buyer for this home. It is a very well built and well thought out design. I love that it backs to trees and is such a short walk along the walking path to the club house, multiple swimming pools, and playground.

Matt, it would be my pleasure. For me I love the sunroom and all the woods behind the home. Somehow I see a treehouse in someone's future! Currently this is one of many homes available in Westridge however to my knowledge it is the only one that offers the in-law suite already just waiting for someone who needs it.
