A word of advice. If you have been referred to a Realtor®, by a friend, or relative, Google that person. Can you find them? Can you get a feel for who they are on their real estate blog, can you easily access that Realtor®, in Facebook, Youtube,Trulia, orZillow? Is the person whom you are thinking of hiring, working as a full time professional real estate adviser? Or are they just dabbling in the real estate industry? There is a difference! With the current tricky real estate market conditions, experience is not only needed it can be the difference in saving your thousands!
