In the past two weeks, I have clients who have missed opportunities because they hesitated and wanted to think about a house a bit more."Remember the house you see today, may be the house another buyer saw yesterday." My advice is always, if you like the home, it fits your list of must haves then you cannot go wrong. Make an offer or you will be saying "I should have made an offer on that house."
Why the surge? Maybe it has something to do with buyer confidence or maybe home buyers are begining to realize you get a lot for your money in the Woodbridge, Virginia area!
