Again the other day, I was out house hunting with purchasers looking for a luxury home here in Prince William County VA. This is the best part about being a Realtor who works the higher end market. it is very rare that I run into homes in bad condition in this price range. Occasionally, we will run into a short sale home that has been stripped of light fixtures and appliances, however that is as bad as it gets.
Most of the time, Im working in communities such asLake Manassas, Cannon Bluff Estates, Featherstone Shores, River Falls and River Falls on The Occoquan, Meadowbrook Woods and for those who want to cut their communte Fairfax Station is a wonderful option located on the border of Prince William County Virginia and the Fairfax County Virginia line.

I like the Picasa photo slide show widget, very cool. I'll have to try that out.
Hi Justin, the Picasa widget is great so is the Share option in Picasa. When I photograph homes to place on FranklyMLS.com then I go ahead and forward those photos by email from the Share section of my Picasa web album. Our clients get to see the homes quickly as well as all the others I've previewed.

It is sad that even in the higher range prices you have scrappy people trying to earn money even off the lighting fixtures. But, I guess that's why it is a short sale because they are financially hurting. In my days I have actually seen copper piping ripped out of the walls. So your pic is not all that bad. Happy Holidays!
