Lake Ridge Virginia Real Estate Help For Sellers and Buyers: Stunning Video About The Level Of Fraud And Why Foreclosures Are Being Halted. Is Anyone Safe?

Stunning Video About The Level Of Fraud And Why Foreclosures Are Being Halted. Is Anyone Safe?

Boy or boy, if this doesn't make you angry and concerned, I don't know what will. Take a few minutes and let this information SINK IN.   It appears that this Congressman ( Alan Grayson of Central Florida) is very calmly delivering a message to the American People major trouble is on the horizon. If all this is true,I can't imagine how foreclosed homeowners feel like tonight.

My question is now what????

Just a few minutes ago,  I saw a comment on Facebook from Ekko Title a local Title Company reminding all REALTORS® to make sure home buyers take out Title Insurance when buying a home. The comment read:

Recent news about problems in the execution of foreclosure documents is another great reason to make sure your clients understand the benefits of Owner's Title Insurance, even if they are 2 or 3 transactions away from the foreclosure sale read more Foreclosures Slow as Document Flaws Emerge

And yet another post I just saw at 4ClosureFraud.org reads KABOOM - Fidelity National Has Told Lenders to Halt Foreclosures, and to Stop Sales

If you are facing foreclosure and receiving notices...it is time to talk to an attorney.

Tips for Home Buyers who still want to buy:for now it appears New Homes and Regular Owner Healthy Sales are the best bets when considering a home purchase. This news may help homeowners who want to sell who are not upside down. Your homes will become far more attractive to the Home Buyers who need and want to buy a home.

It is a confusing time and scary for homeowners on the edge of collapse...I would encourage anyone reading this post in the public forum to follow Peggy's suggestions above about getting more info and for other real estate agents to also get brought up to speed on how to council their clients.  There is a change on the horizon in my opinion.

Hi Mike I think you are correct about the horizon. This will affect so many in the real estate business at every level.  That said, every homeowners in America needs a break. Everyone knows something is seriously wrong. There have been so many foreclosures, now we are learning why.

Chris, can you imagine anyone loosing their home even though they have good credit and pay your bills? The banks are using sneaky tactic's because of greed to foreclose on good folks who are asking for help and can't get it. Thank God the courts and judges are starting to hear the attorney's, and those that are the victims.

I've seen hearing stories like these since last year. How can this even happen and who is going to do what about it?

Oh my goodness, this is the most frightening video that I think that I have ever seen.  We as Americans must fight back and stop this.  The average American has no chance - oh my gosh.  I knew that this kind of stuff was happening but I didn't internalize how systemic it is.

Kate-  There are many, many attorney's who are starting to grapple with this issue from what I am reading. As for what it means to all American's, it is anyones guess. It is time for everyone to say ENOUGH.Head to Stopforeclosurefraud.com,4ClosureFraud.org and LivingLies.wordpress.com These folks are on the front lines of this.

Thanks for the information. And althought Minnesota is not one of the 23 judicial foreclosure states, we will be impacted by the "extended review" of all Bank of America foreclosures in all 50 states. Check out my newest blog post: MERS: Who moved my mortgage? Foreclosures halted in 23 states.

Following my own exploration, millions of people all over the world receive the loans at different banks. Thus, there is a good possibility to get a financial loan in all countries.
