Joan- I knock myself out for local sellers. I truly believe it is a Listing Agents job to get as many people across the sellers threshold as possible. We can also show sellers how many virtual showings they are getting compared to physical showings that cross the threshold. We can tell what marketing efforts work, what headlines work. We never know exactly where the buyer will come from, however we are going to cast the net wide and far and use every tool we have to get a SOLD SIGN in the front yard.
Nell- in today's day and age I really think every homeowner who is thinking of selling their home needs to start in the same place home buyers do. The Internet.
