Recently, I had a client say their dream was to find a waterfront home here in Prince William County Virginia. Well, you don't have to ask me twice to go look at waterfront homes. I love them. Someday, I hope to own a sweet little home on a lake somewhere. A place where we can relax and enjoy the beauty of each day and the ever changing view out the breakfast room windows. I feel that day will be sooner than later. I'm ready!! I can't wait.
The first thing I always ask is; what type of waterfront are you looking for? A pond, a lake, or the river? Here in Prince William County Virginia and particularly in Woodbridge Virginia we have several options. Some purchaser's want to be able to sink their boat right behind the house an go, others just want the view out the back window of a pond or fountain where they can hear the sound of water when they sleep. We have them all.

For those of you who prefer the deep water of the Potomac River, there are several places to live. Belmont Bay, Featherstone area, Woodbridge/Occoquan , Graham Park Shores and a few places in Triangle. If you are willing to travel to Stafford, there are several communities that saddle up to the river. Aquia Harbor being one of them. Hi Ed. Truly the Occoquan area boasts some of the best boating opportunities. Belmont Bay and the Town of Occoquan are wonderful examples of histrorical flavor versus the new urban waterfront community feel. There is something for every taste and every budget in Prince William County Virginia.
