This week the bank representative called and offered the seller $2500 more at the settlement table if they can close beforeJune 29th, 2010. So the distressed homeowner will receive a total of $5000 at the settlement table. I don't I need to tell you that everyone, the title company, the Realtors, the Loan Officer, the Buyer and Seller are working together to make that happen by June 29th.

Sanna, everyone I have talked with who has worked with Wachovia on a short sale says they are having wonderful communication and the process is streamlined. One Realtor I spoke with yesterday said "Peggy, even if the buyer bolts, Wachovia says,that is no problem.Just meet the same terms and we will allow you to move onto settlement!
