Thanks Maria. The slide is done with Google Picasa. When you have a large home like this one, it is important that we help the buyer visualize how big this place is. It is approximately five thousand square feet on three finished levels. It a fantastic neighborhood!

Hi Cindy, the seller and I am optimistic. Actually the seller called awhile ago to say Harriet Pricenor had a client she wanted to show the home to this afternoon! Inventory is low right now in the higher end homes, hopefully that will work in their favor.
I'm with you, it is so important for sellers to choose a Listing Agent who knows the area well. As you know the homes in the Tilney Ct section of Westridge range in size from one acre to ten acres. There are custom and semi-custom homes here built by Fairfield Homes, Long Shaker, George Darn and Pighini-Richards Builders. My husband and I own a Southern Living Design custom home built by George Darn on Tilney Ct, so I know the area really well. What we like about our home is that it is a one of a kind property. We love it here.
Update: The homeowners of this home were so thankful they choose Erick and Company to help them. Their home sold and went to settlement quickly and they have since relocated to Florida.
