Hello Anthony, thank you. Yes the Prince William County Virginia real estate market is being very kind to sellers right now. This particular seller wanted to sell, however needed to remain in the home until the end of June 2010. Lucky for them, a relocating buyer loved those tems enough so that they offered full price just to secure that home for their upcoming relocation to Virginia.
