Just thought I would pass this tip on to you just in case you need a hand with snow removal with the upcoming snow storm.Back in December when we needed additional help, our family turned to Craigslist for help. A group of guys came to help do my sister's long driveway. The cost $80.00!
Local people who have skills(or this case the tools) post in on Craigslist. So check it out.This is the link to the Woodbridge Virginia Area Gigs Section on Craigslist. You will find it on the middle of the page down near the bottom.

Hi Wallace, I'm sure the home owners that you assist with property management in Charlottesville Virginia are pleased to know you have that resources available for them. That said, many individual Realtors who have Vacant homes can turn to Craigslist for help in order to get those sidewalks and doorways clear for Buyers to get in after it snows. This section in Craigslist here in the Northern Virginia area is very active and has proved to be an excellent resource for homeowners who need an electrician, tree service and even labor to help move boxes when it's time to move.

Note: I found Binns & Family Lawn Care on Craigslist Gigs when I needed help with fall yard cleanup on my one acre home in Lake Ridge VA. They were very reliable and affordable.
