Thanks Craig. There are amazing deals in PW County Virginia right now. Not only in the foreclosure arena, but also with the short sale inventory. Last week my partner Erick helped a family secure a ratified contract on a 6000 finished square foot two year old home near Quantico VA for under $450,000. It originally sold for over $790,000! Now that's a buy....
