Chances are it will sell relatively quickly. Inventory is extremely low in the Prince William County Virginia area under the $300,000 price range. The buyer who will get this home will need to be patient since this home is being sold by Short Sale. The loans are with SunTrust.spar

Hi, thank you all for your comments on this post. The market here in Prince William County Virginia under $350,000 is still very brisk. I listed this home Thanksgiving weekend and posted here on Active Rain as well as MRIS, our Website,Craigslist and many other web locations. The phone rang off the hook, from prospective buyers and Realtors. In the end the seller had very nice offers to choose from.
