How could that be? My clothes still look and fit the same?
I haven't done anything to contribute to it. In fact, I've been so busy lately my daily fuel has been hot tea and handful M & M's in between appointments!
The answer-My iPad!
You see my Dear sweet husband Bill, purchased an iPad for my birthday. At first it was tricky. All those apps you had to add. However within a week it was clear, this is a keeper!
I no longer carry around my big Lap Top bag filled with my heavy laptop, my marketing book ,comps and MLS printouts. I simply arrive at my office or someone's home and walla everything is at my fingertips. In this little tablet!
Now let's talk about house hunting. It's a breeze! No longer do I have to return to the office to check out the comparables. If one of my clients really likes a home, I simply pull over in a parking lot or stop into the local coffee shop and really dig in and take a look. What a time saver the iPad is turning out to be.
I still have a ways to go to make it 100%,especially for blogging on Active Rain. However for now, I prefer this for working with buyers and sellers because of the portabilty factor.
Wow! That was the easiest way I've ever found to loose 20 lbs! LOL!
