Today I received a call from a young family, who's father passed away. They turned to the Internet and Google to locate a Realtor in the Woodbridge, Virginia who could help them sell a home fast. "His house is vacant, no one has been there, and we just learned we will need to come to Virginia to go through the Probate Process. before we can rent it, sell it or do anything with it.
