Recently, I had a client say their dream was to find a waterfront home here in Prince William County Virginia. Well, you don't have to ask me twice to go look at waterfront homes. I love them. Someday, I hope to own a sweet little home on a lake somewhere. A place where we can relax and enjoy the beauty of each day and the ever changing view out the breakfast room windows. The first thing I always ask is; what type of waterfront are you looking for? A pond, a lake, or the river? Here in Prince William County Virginia and particularly in Woodbridge Virginia we have several options. Some purchaser's want to be able to sink their boat right behind the house an go, others just want the view out the back window of a pond or fountain where they can hear the sound of water when they sleep.  We have them all.

We have sold homes on  golf course lots, and some the face ponds and then we have a few place where folks who wanted to fish and have a jet ski, found their perfect little get-a-away home.

For those of you who prefer the deep water of the Potomac, there are several places to live. Belmont Bay, Featherstone Shores, Occouquan, Graham Park Shores and a few places in Triangle. If you are willing to travel to Stafford, there are several communities that saddle up to the river.
