Today I met Quinton, a prospective pre-approved buyer who contacted Erick and Company . He wanted to look at a Foreclosed Town home that just hit the market in Lake Ridge Virginia. He came to see a home we were showing on Father's Day in his price range at 11:30am. He said he would stop in to see it while we werer there. As he arrived and got out of the car he happened to look down and to his surprise spotted a Four Leaf Clover.
Ah...the joy's of owning an iPhone!
What are the odds of that?
We all laughed. As he tourned the home, he explained, that he'd been transferred to Quantico Marine Base from Hawaii several months ago and he has been trying to find his first home. He knows he needs to try a different approach to finding a home. He's learning a valuable lesson all buyers learn in the current real estate climate, being pre-approved is the easy part of buying a home. The tough part is trying to find a home, in your price range that you like and can see yourself living in. Personally, I think his luck has just changed for the better!
