In less than a week, they not only contract for a wonderful home, they got everything they wanted. A home large enough for their growing family with a in-law suite that had daylight windows for mom and dad.
Even better they got a third car garage, a screened in porch for Mom and Dad to watch the birds and squirrels, a fenced in yard with electric fence so they can get a dog. We negotiated for the trampoline for the boys! They had a dream for a new lifestyle and now they are well on their way to having that dream come true.
