"I absolutely loved the call I received today!"
It was from a past client who was so excited. She had called earlier in the year asking about why the escrow on her mortgage went up.
I explained that since she had purchased a new home, the tax office now had a home to assess. I reminded her of the sales reps conversation as well as my coaching on this issue.
Well in conversation, I asked if she had checked with the local Prince William County Tax office about Tax Relief.

You see, her husband has passed and she was now on a fixed income. Today's call was like music to my ears. I was so tickled for her! She learned that she will be saving over $300.00 a month due to the Prince William County Tax Relief Program for disabled veterans. She is the surviving spouse of a disable veteran.
