These are folks, who have been transferred, or cannot afford to sell, or who have moved and who will be renting their homes. This is where it gets tricky. If what you the tenant agree to pay, is not equal to their current payment you may find yourself in a world of hurt later,learning that the home is heading to foreclosure or the owner needs to sell by short sale.
