Home buyers if you are looking to buy in the Woodbridge/Lake Ridge Virginia area, then I think you will be surprised to find out homes are selling fast. I mean fast!
Just this past week, Erick presented an offer on Wheel Cog,an end unit town home listed up near Tackett's Mill area. The house came on the market and in two days had 15 offers on it according to the listing agent. We still don't know how our clients offer stacked up against the others.

So what does that mean?
It means we've bottomed and buyers are out in droves. Average time on the market until status changes in MRIS is less than 21 days. However that said, keep in mind, these short sales and foreclosure listings many agents update the comments to read "No More Showings", "No More Showings-Offers In Review" just to stop the flow of traffic.Take a look at the homes some home buyers jumped on this month in Woodbridge Virginia.
