|You Google their names and search how they market homes|
|You order a home inspection prior to listing- Because you do not want any surprises|
|You listen to the REALTORS you've interviewed and price your home based on the Comparable Sales|
|You allow for a lockbox, a sign and lots of photo's. You want a REALTOR to market your home|
|You will allow your home on social media and blog posts, even on Zillow, Trulia and other sites|
|You are open to paying closing costs, if the offer is reasonable|
|You are willing to de-clutter, cage the family pet, and leave the house when a buyer is coming|
Over the years I have met with a lot of people who want to sell their homes.
Everyone wants top dollar for their home. That is possible if your home is in good marketable shape and is in line with the current trends. If you home is not in showing condition; does not smell nice; is full of outdated wallpaper;border trims'; heavy draperies and noisy unruly pets, then you are taking a huge risk of just listing your home. Once your home becomes a DATED HOUSE on the market. That means people will be making LOW BALL OFFERS!
