May is typically a busy time for me and this year is no exception. As most are planning what and where they will be doing on Memorial Weekend, busy REALTORS® like myself are knee deep in negotiations, and scheduling assisting home buyers and sellers from listing to contract to closing. This week three homeowners are thrilled to be going to closing!

The homeowners of this home called and asked for my help. They had heard others who listed their homes with me in the Village of Idlewild all sold for Top Dollar and quickly.
Not only did it sell quickly, the seller got their price!
7450 Langholm Way, Manassas Virginia -Contracted For $235,000
This homeowner purchased this home with my help back in 2008 using the first time buyer tax credit. About two years ago the owner moved and turned it into a rental. This year the owner decided it was time to sell.
